I have severe dentist anxiety and was petrified to have my impacted wisdom teeth removed but the procedure with Dr. Gray went perfectly. He explained everything in great detail and he asked me often how I was doing. I barely felt the numbing shots and it was over before I knew it. Thank you Dr Gray!

Very satisfied with my experience at this office. They were very accommodating and understanding in a frustrating situation that occurred with my insurance; and it especially counts that the situation that was going on was very concerning to me for, both, health and cosmetic reasons...it was a huge growing lump on the front of my guns. Thank you!

I see so many five stars. However, I was not thrilled. I waited an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment for a consultation. Grant it, the nurse popped in twice to inform me that he'll be with me shortly and apologized for the delay. But here's my issue, appointment was at 930am. I wasn't seen until a little before 11am, just for him to open my mouth and say, so I'm supposed to be extracting two teeth. Then explained that the xrays and such, needed to be submitted to my insurance company and that can take up to 3 weeks. Mind you, it took 2 months just to get the consultation that took less than 10mins to complete. Now I have to wait nearly another month just to be able to set the appointment for the extraction and who knows how far out that will be. By the way, he never personally apologized for his delay. I'm extra annoyed because my insurance didn't cover the consultation and I had to pay out of pocket $135 for a ten mintue conversation.
